Candidate’s Code of Conduct policy

This applies to all candidates, and sets out agreed standards of appropriate behaviour before and during an assignment.


Punctuality

Arrive 15 minutes before the start of shift, to be fully prepared to start.


Standard Dress

You should arrive wearing clean suitable workwear for the task at hand.


Preparedness for Work

Being ready and fit for your full shift


Equipment

Having all necessary equipment for your booking.


Communication

Working in an effective and respectful way with the team you are in.

Reporting any issues with the working environment to Prep Recruitment.


Standards of Performance

Being confident in the role you have undertaken.


Certification

Keeping relevant Certificates, Insurances, and Qualifications up-to-date and emailed to Prep Recruitment on renewal.


Invoicing

It is you obligation to invoice the client for your services, at the agreed rate for the booking.


Notification of Changes

From time to time you may be unable to fulfil a placement, in this instance, you should notify the office as soon as possible so the relevant paperwork can be amended.


Consumption

No alcohol or drugs are to be consumed on the premises, or before a shift.
